Today in assembly P4M heard a very important message from the NSPCC about speaking out and staying safe if we feel worried or scared! They showed us a website with lots of fun games to help us when we are feeling stressed or worried. They remind us of what makes us happy and reminds us to take time for ourselves when things get too much!
