Mrs Cardy's class could not wait to get to school this morning as they remembered they were going to make pancakes! They even remembered which ingredients and equipment we needed. After washing their hands, they helped Mrs Greer weigh out, sieve and combine the flour and sugar. Then they cracked an egg and started adding milk. They all took turns mixing the ingredients using the electric mixer. Mrs Greer put the electric frying pan on and cooked the batter until we started seeing bubbles. She then flipped them over to cook on the other side. Everyone got to choose what topping they would like. The most popular topping was chocolate.
