Jeff Mason, one of coaches from the Belfast Giants, came to talk to P7 today about the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle. He talked to us about getting exercise, eating a balanced diet, getting enough sleep ( between 9-11 hours) and managing stress. He answered lots of our questions and we learnt lots!
