P7H had a visit today from Sarah and Cerys from Chest, Heart and Stroke. We discussed vaping and what it contains and the dangers of using it. We looked at the ingredients in cigarettes and the damage it can do to our bodies. We were disgusted at the a lung of tar that comes from smoking for a year and at the damage it does to our lungs.
