We decorated and named our ducks and raced them in the speedway. We timed the ducks using stop watches and recorded each time. Afterwards we put our data into a spreadsheet and created graphs to present the information.
There were some quacking names including Duckter Who and Winner Winner Duck Dinner but the best name prize went to Quack Sparrow !
The winner of the Derby with an impressive time of 14.62 seconds was the Queen of Vikings !
A great morning of outdoor learning and practical maths was enjoyed by all !
