Josh Roach, who plays defence for the Belfast Giants ice hockey team, visited P7 today to help us learn about living a healthy lifestyle. He told us about the benefits of eating a balanced diet, getting exercise and enough sleep and managing any stress in our lives. We also got a chance to ask him some questions about himself, and we found out that he is from Sasatoon in Canada and has a husky and a pug!
