P4 really enjoyed hearing from Mrs Hood’s granny about her experience as a WW2 evacuee! We learnt that she enjoyed living in a big farmhouse in Bangor. She also hates the sight of spam in shops as she had to eat it so much during WW2!
We are also learning how to write letters this term. After we watched the video, we wrote a letter to thank her for sharing her experiences and told her what we found interesting!
